An ex-professional ballerina trained at the Royal Ballet School in London, Emma is currently a dancer at the Moulin Rouge and created our signature class, the Kalon Cardio Barre method after years of training in ballet and Pilates.

Emma develops all of Kalon’s workouts and runs the Kalon Teacher Training Scheme!

Amy joined the Lido de Paris as a professional dancer and soloist, following years of training as a ballerina at the prestigious John Cranko Ballet Academy in Stuttgart, Germany.
After a successful career travelling the world performing in shows and musicals, Amy trained to become a Cardio Barre instructor with Kalon and joined the team in 2019 as a teacher, leading Cardio Barre, Showgirl and Ballet classes all over Paris and Cannes.

Renee is a professional dancer and soloist at the Lido de Paris.

Not only is Renée an awesome Cardio Barre, Fitness and Showgirl teacher with Kalon, but she is also a talented photographer and artist and has now become Team K.'s in-house content designer, handling graphic design, creating the brand’s video and photo campaigns & assisting with social media!

A professional dancer at the Lido de Paris, Annalisa studied classical and contemporary dance from a young age at the prestigious Dance Studio di Faenza and graduated with the classical Cecchetti method. In 2020, Annalisa decided to open herself up to new horizons and applied for the Kalon Cardio Barre teacher training course, where she passed with flying colours. Her enthusiasm, kindness and sunny smile make her a wonderful teacher who you just can't help but adore!

British-born Jess is currently a dancer at the famous Crazy Horse Cabaret in Paris. Jess is trained as a Yoga Instructor and teaches Cardio Barre, Showgirl Workout and various Yoga disciplines with Kalon. She loves to share her Body Confidence tips with her clients !

"Meneuse de Revue" (Show Lead) at La Nouvelle Eve Cabaret in Paris, Emily started studying at London Studio Centre where she obtained a BA Hons in Theatre Dance.

Having worked in various shows and countries around the world, she moved to Paris in 2014 to start at La Nouvelle Eve as a dancer. Since then, Emily has worked her way up to the lead role in the show and has also become a certified Stott pilates teacher.
She is also a Yoga teacher and a Kalon Cardio Barre instructor!

On her Yoga mat by day, on the stage of the Crazy Horse by night, Emma has found a great balance between Showgirl and Spirituality.

After 8 years practicing Yoga and Meditation, Emma trained to become a qualified Hatha Yoga instructor. Today, Emma teaches a variety of different Yoga classes for Kalon and loves sharing her inner peace with the world.

Laurianne is a professional dancer at the Crazy Horse Paris and a Cardio Barre, Showgirl & Yoga instructor with Kalon. In 2019, Laurianne qualified as a Yoga Vinyasa et Yin teacher before joining Team K. after her Cardio Barre teacher training course!

Bricky is an ex-professional dancer from the Lido de Paris, where she graced the stage for 18 years as a elegant and graceful "nude line" showgirl.

Before joining the Lido, Bricky trained in classical ballet in her home country, Holland, before moving to Paris to make her showgirl dreams come true.

Upon leaving the Lido, Bricky focused on her life as a mum of three and started a new career teaching post-natal Pilates, helping young mums get back in shape with the grace and posture of a dancer

Lucie is a professional dancer at the Lido de Paris and a Cardio Barre and ballet teacher with Kalon.

After 8 years as a professional classical and contemporary dancer, she started a new adventure in Paris as a Showgirl at the Paradis Latin and then the Lido de Paris.

In 2020, Lucie trained as a Cardio Barre instructor with Kalon and loves to share her passion for dance and fitness with the world !
