A week of healthy eating & barre classes by the sea...

Yoga, Pilates, Cardio Barre & meditation, and the last of the summer sun with Emma, Jess & Amy from Team K.

A warm welcome, expert teachers and deliciousnutritious food, this retreat was another opportunity to relax and have fun while taking care of mind and body.

A typical day

8am Light healthy breakfast (nuts, fresh fruit, tea, coffee...)


8.30am Morning Pilates with Emma 

9.30 am Cardio Barre Workout 

11.00am Brunch 

Freetime, chill by the pool and massages !

5.00pm Beachfront Yoga  

7.30pm Dinner
