WHAT IS CARDIO BARRE?
Kalon’s signature class is designed to sculpt long, lean muscles and a graceful posture like a professional dancer.
Combining elements of Pilates & ballet with low-impact cardio exercises, this workout targets and tones all parts of the body using small, isometric movements with high repetition and low weight.
These movements aim to fatigue the muscles without bulking them. The result is a long, toned and lean physique and a strong core and graceful posture. The immediate and visible effects of this full body ballet-based workout are truly addictive.
Even though Cardio Barre is a demanding and challenging workout, no previous dance training is required to get the most out of this sensually sculpting workout loved by Parisian dancers.
